Exchanges & Refunds

We take the greatest care in making our figurines and their accessories, and we hope that they will give you complete satisfaction.

If, however, this was not the case, and you want to return one of our figurines, you can do so within two weeks of receipt.

Here's how to do it:

Contact us via the form above at ateliers.anna@gmail.com, and if you don't mind, explain to us the reasons why you are not satisfied with our products.

Then return the product to us and we will reimburse you upon receipt of it, with its box and all its accessories, if it is in the condition in which we sent it to you.

You should receive the product refund within 4 or 5 working days (depending on your bank)
